Health and Safety

ENCO has started the process of becoming COR certified. We recognize that safety is essential, and therefore do not take any shortuts when it comes to this topic. We have  a strong Health and Safety Committee that consists of tactical workers, supervisors, senior management, and a 3rd party consulting firm. The Committee meets on a regular basis and has developed appropriate plans of action in the event of medical, personal, or safety emergencies. All employees are required to read and abide by ENCO Employee Handbook, which clearly outlines ENCO`s commitment to safety and high quality workmanship. This has increased the knowledge and personal safety of all of our site workers, which in turn created a workforce that completes projects seamlessly; both on time and without injury.
