This policy was implemented to encourage team building and communication through the sharing of new ideas regarding policies and sourcing strategies. Recycling and Environmental Disposal Policies

All ENCO offices and point-of-installation locations have full recycle and waste reduction systems in place. Employees are highly encouraged to minimize waste, reduce energy consumption by carpooling, and to keep water use to a minimum. We offer partial reimbursement to those workers willing to take public transportation as this supports greener communities as well as provides a reduced travel time
